In North Ossetia, a Russian contract soldier wounded in the war with Ukraine was put in a colony for failing to appear in the unit

The Vladikavkaz garrison military court sentenced Imamali Imamaliev, a serviceman, to five years in prison. Even participation in the war with Ukraine and a medal did not help him.

Imamaliev was accused of being absent from work from January to April this year. After participating in battles and being awarded a medal, his health deteriorated, and he was sent to the hospital to undergo a military medical commission. However, he did not go there. As a result, the man was sentenced to five years in prison.

A similar term in Vladikavkaz was given to Renat Byurchiev, who was absent from the military unit for a month. He explained his absence by the need to care for his sick mother. At the same time, he himself appeared in the military police.
