In the North Caucasus Federal District, overdue mortgage debt has grown almost threefold in four months

As of May 1, the volume of overdue mortgage debt in the North Caucasus Federal District amounted to 10 billion rubles. Since the beginning of the year, that is, in 4 months, the figure has increased 2.8 times.

The largest increase in overdue debt was in Ingushetia - 4.7 times. The debt amounted to 421 million rubles. In Dagestan, the figure reached 3.6 billion rubles, having increased 3.6 times since the beginning of the year. In North Ossetia, overdue mortgage debt amounted to 1.7 billion rubles - the value has increased 3.1 times. In Kabardino-Balkaria, the figure increased 2.7 times - to 667 million rubles, in Karachay-Cherkessia - 2.3 times, to 672 million rubles.

Overall, in Russia, the volume of overdue mortgage debt exceeded 129 billion rubles over four months. It grew by 60 billion rubles, or 88%. The worst payment discipline was observed in residents of Moscow (debt - 18.9 billion rubles), Moscow Region (13.4 billion rubles), Krasnodar Region (8.8 billion) and St. Petersburg (6 billion).
