In the published footage, Adam, driving a Range Rover SUV, drives into oncoming traffic, ignoring double solid lines. This is a serious violation that can lead to the suspension of his driver's license. Furthermore, the vehicle was traveling at speeds of up to 112 km/h (70 mph) when the speed limit is 50 km/h (31 mph), which can also lead to a license suspension of four to six months. It's also worth noting that Kadyrov Jr. was not wearing a seatbelt and was using a mobile phone, which qualifies as an administrative offense.

In January of this year, the media reported on an incident involving Adam Kadyrov in Grozny. According to the press, his car, after running a red light, collided with another car. The driver of the other car died in the accident. According to reports, Kadyrov himself was injured and spent three weeks in Moscow's Botkin Hospital, where he underwent surgery to remove his spleen.
