Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.

The chief of staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, accused Russian state propaganda of unleashing a “hybrid war” against his country.
“It seems that in the hybrid war unleashed in the Russian media against Armenia, they promised, as in the famous fairy tale: whoever lies the most will receive half of the Palace/Kremlin,” Harutyunyan shared on the page in According to him, one of the fakes of Russian propaganda is the message that allegedly on September 20 in Yerevan, protesters invaded the government building and “met American descendants there.”
“This is complete misinformation. On that day, not a single demonstrator entered the government building, moreover, there were no descendants of Americans there,” Harutyunyan wrote.
