The Armenian authorities accused the Russian Federation of non-delivery of weapons and the formation of anti-Russian sentiments

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan stated that the country does not receive ordered and paid from Russia. Because of this, Yerevan intends to look for new security mechanisms and the supply of weapons.

Grigoryan commented on the interference of the Russian special services in the affairs of Armenia: “In order to suppress any intelligence activity, a complete reform of the security structures is necessary. We must ensure that our institutions serve only Armenia.” He stressed that there is already some progress.

The Secretary of the Security Council accused the Russian Federation of creating anti-Russian sentiments among the Armenians in Karabakh: “There are no pro-Western sentiments in Nagorno-Karabakh. Instead of NATO - the Russian peacekeeping contingent. And, nevertheless, there appeared anti-Russian sentiments. Why do you think? Because of Russia itself, not because of the West. Russia itself forms the attitude towards itself.”
