The authorities of Dagestan recognized the existence of the practice of police profuchets of citizens, offered them to go to "SVO"
The head of the administration of the Karabudakhkent district of Dagestan, Mahmud Amiraliev, and a representative of the military enlistment office held a preventive conversation with citizens who participated in an unauthorized action at the Makhachkala airport on October 29, 2023 (with regard to those who were not subject to criminal prosecution).

During the meeting, those present were reminded that they are on the job in law enforcement agencies. This limits their employment, does not give an opportunity to register firearms, entails issuing a negative description at the request of the authorities and institutions. In addition, such citizens are in the zone of attention of law enforcement agencies. Thus, the authorities of Dagestan recognized the existence of the practice of profuchets, although earlier the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region denied it.

Also, Mahmud Amiraliev informed the citizens that for concluding a contract with the Ministry of Defense, those present will be removed from the preventive registration.

In Dagestan, citizens are put on probation most often under the category of "religious extremism", as well as for participation in protest pickets and rallies. Thus, during the rallies against military mobilization held in Makhachkala and other cities on September 25-26, 2022, security forces detained protesters en masse. About 400 people were brought to the police station. Then the citizens began to find out that they were put on the profuchet. Many were subjected to various "preventive measures": checks at regional borders, interviews, house searches, taking DNA samples and fingerprints, etc.
