The Georgian Parliament has expeditiously passed a bill in its third and final reading requiring organizers of protests in "places where people gather or where vehicles are moving" (including on sidewalks) to notify the police. The responsible person must contact the Patrol Service Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (located at the location of the demonstration) in writing no later than five days before the rally.
During the air attack on Kyiv, the "House of Azerbaijan" was damaged
Azerbaijani media reported that as a result of the recent Russian air attack on Kyiv, the "House of Azerbaijan" building was damaged. Damage was recorded: windows were knocked out on both sides, blinds and furniture were damaged. There were no casualties.
Recall that on July 31, Russia carried out a massive strike on Ukraine, using over 300 drones and 8 missiles, aimed primarily at Kyiv. It is reported that 28 people were killed. August 1 was declared a day of mourning in Kyiv.
