Military registration and enlistment offices and the court refused to pay a resident of Dagestan for being wounded in the war with Ukraine

Almost a year and a half after being wounded in Ukraine, Dagestan resident Sulaiman Bulachov has been seeking the social benefits required by law. However, the military registration and enlistment offices did not provide the relevant documents, and the court rejected the claim.

Bulachov received a shrapnel wound at the beginning of the war in Ukraine. After transfer to the reserve, the military registration and enlistment offices of the Khasavyurt and Novolaksky districts do not provide documents for calculating social benefits. The Khasavyurt court of Dagestan did not accept the claim of the former military man.

Courts, military registration and enlistment offices and military hospitals in the North Caucasian Federal District often ignore the demands of wounded military personnel. The latter are regularly denied payments and compensation.
