A soldier from Chechnya was forbidden to leave the army.

Grozny Garrison Military Court refused to dismiss Movsar Arsanov from the Russian Armed Forces. The basis was the law on mobilization.
In the summer of 2022, Arsanov signed a three-year contract, but in September he filed for dismissal. He referred to being the sole breadwinner in the family and simply failed the military service test.
A representative of the military unit in the court explained that the grounds indicated did not allow for the application of a soldier during the mobilization period. It is now possible to leave the army only after reaching the age limit or a condition of health. The court sided with the command.
