Military personnel from Dagestan were convicted of unwillingness to go to the "SVO"

The Makhachkala Garrison Court sentenced contract soldiers Akhmed Kurbanov and Edgar Ibadullaev to two years in a penal colony. They were found guilty of refusing to comply with command orders and going to Ukraine on the SVO.

Kurbanov, who had previously fought against Ukraine, explained the refusal due to his state of health and the expiration of his contract. Despite his status as a combat veteran, he was sentenced to imprisonment.

As for Ibadullaev, he explained his reluctance to go to the “special operation” by the need for treatment and care for two small children who had no one to leave with. They ended up with their father after the couple's divorce.
