Soldiers from the North Caucasus were sentenced to six years

The Southern District Military Court upheld the sentence against contract soldier from Dagestan Nurislam Magomedov. He was sentenced to six years in prison, having been found guilty of leaving his unit without permission.

According to investigators, Magomedov left the military unit twice (first in the Primorsky Territory, then in Buinaksk) and returned twice (first to the military registration and enlistment office of the Levashinsky and Gergebelsky districts, then to the military investigative department).

Also, the Vladikavkaz Garrison Military Court sentenced Arslan Abdusalamov to six years. He was absent from the training ground for eight months. The defense stated that all this time the serviceman, on the instructions of the company commander, was repairing equipment damaged during the SVO in the repair area. However, the court refused to listen to these arguments.
