The fighters of the 144th brigade of the anti-aircraft missile division turned to the head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, with a demand to resolve the issue with the due payments. The appeal notes that military personnel living in Karachay-Cherkessia are paid only 8,000-30,000 rubles a month instead of the promised 195,000. It is impossible to feed families with the funds received.

In the video, as the men themselves say, it is only "a drop in the ocean." Those who were scammed with payments, according to the authors of the appeal, are many times more.
