The fighters of the 144th brigade of the anti-aircraft missile division turned to the head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, with a demand to resolve the issue with the due payments. The appeal notes that military personnel living in Karachay-Cherkessia are paid only 8,000-30,000 rubles a month instead of the promised 195,000. It is impossible to feed families with the funds received.
