Explosion on the Crimean Bridge

On October 8, an explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge, which connects the Krasnodar region of Russia with the annexed Ukrainian peninsula. The cause was the explosion of a truck, after which seven fuel tanks caught fire and several spans of the road collapsed. The driver of the truck, as well as the driver and passengers of a car driving nearby, were killed. No one claimed responsibility for the explosion, but some Ukrainian and American media said it was an operation by Ukrainian intelligence services.
