Said-Akhmed Abdul-Muslimovich Tasuev, born in 1965, residing at the address: Staropromyslovsky district, Podgorny village, Pervomayskaya street, was repairing a car at a service station located in Grozny in the village of Voikov, when from the back of a truck "Ural", moving along the road in a convoy of an armored personnel carrier and a UAZ vehicle, someone from the Russian military fired a rocket. She fell near children selling gasoline. Fearing that they might get hurt, Said-Akhmed Tasuev grabbed her and tried to throw her aside. But he did not have time: the rocket exploded, his hand was torn off.
