The Akhmatovsky Court in Grozny sentenced local resident Magomed-Emi Saidov to a fine of 15 thousand rubles. He was found guilty under the administrative article of discrediting the RF Armed Forces.
According to the case materials, Saidov posted publications on telegram that the examination recognized as extremist and aimed at discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation. In addition, the man was accused of demonstrating extremist symbols, but the report on this case was returned to the police due to procedural violations.
