The Nalchik City Court fined Shakhin Shikhmuradov 30 thousand rubles for publicly discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. A local police officer filed a complaint against him.
According to the court, the man sent a video of himself to a group called “Malik” on WhatsApp. In it, he “publicly spoke out and discredited the Russian Armed Forces, which support international peace and security.”
Shakhin Shikhmuradov admitted his guilt and stated that he would not allow such things to happen again. This was taken into account as a mitigating circumstance.
