A resident of the KChR could not be fined for discrediting the army due to failure to appear in court

A court in Cherkessk terminated an administrative case against a local resident, Ramazan Mkhtse, who is charged with criticizing the war in Ukraine.

In February, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Center for Emergencies drew up a report on the man. They saw on his Instagram page a video “It's time to change something in Russia! No war!" with condemnation of the Russian army. However, over the past months, Ramazan could not be found at his place of residence, he also did not appear at the police and the court. As a result, the court dismissed the case, since the period for bringing to responsibility had already expired.
