Shakhin Shikhmuradov from Nalchik was fined twice under the administrative article on "discrediting" the army. The reason was his anti-war statements.
 
In addition, in Stavropol, the court fined Maksim Panchenko 30 thousand rubles. According to the investigation, while in a bar, he behaved inappropriately, pestering visitors. At the same time, he shouted pro-Ukrainian slogans: "Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine", "Glory to Ukraine" and "The Caucasus will be part of Ukraine".
 
Recall that administrative liability for discrediting the RF Armed Forces provides for a fine of 30 thousand to 100 thousand rubles for citizens. A repeated violation within a year threatens criminal prosecution.
