Pavel Ulibegov was arrested for five days in Nalchik after an anti-war picket. He held a picket with a poster «No War» at the Parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria. On charges of disobedience to the police, the court ordered him administrative detention. In the future, he will be fined under the article on «discrediting» of the Armed Forces.
The Industrial Court of Vladikavkaz fined local resident Dmitry Boev for publishing on social network. He compared the official symbol Z, which is used by the armed forces of the Russian Federation during the war in Ukraine, with fascist symbols.
