A resident of the KBR complained of illness and non-payment to her mobilized husband

Murat Tutov, who was mobilized to the SVO more than a year ago, was not given the required payments. He received serious illnesses in the military operation zone, and a criminal case was opened against him for leaving his unit. His wife wrote about this to the head of the KBR, Kazbek Kokov.

The wife said that their family has four children, one of them is disabled since childhood. However, the husband did not receive a reprieve. Eight months after mobilization, he was hospitalized with suspected tuberculosis. At the same time, he was denied payments with the wording “not eligible, spontaneously cured tuberculosis.” Although, as it turned out later, the mobilized man had pneumonia. Due to an initially incorrect diagnosis, the disease has worsened, and surgery to remove part of the lung is now expected.

On November 14 of this year, Murat Tutov was supposed to undergo a military medical examination, but it could not be carried out due to the fact that in October he was sent to the Donetsk Republic, where his condition worsened further. The man's legs became paralyzed and he was admitted to a local hospital. Two weeks later, in critical condition, he was urgently evacuated to Rostov by helicopter. Now Tutov has been diagnosed with stage 4 fibrosis, which was confirmed by liver puncture.

“The husband is not being paid the required federal and regional payments as a participant in the SVO due to the fact that a criminal case has been opened against him, allegedly for leaving the military unit without permission. Although this is not true. The husband was sent home for the duration of treatment, as he needed constant care, but he periodically checked in to the unit and was always on the phone. But despite illnesses incompatible with service, he is returned back to the combat zone,” said Murat’s wife. She asked the head of the KBR for help.
