A resident of Chechnya with a salary of 35 thousand rubles will have to save for a private house for more than two decades.

Among the regions of the Russian Federation, it is most difficult to accumulate for a private house in Chechnya - a resident of the republic with an average salary of 35.2 thousand rubles. It will take more than 24 years. This is reported by the portal «World of Apartments». At the same time, most people’s earnings do not exceed 20-25 thousand rubles per month and they have no practical chances to buy a house on their own, the portal says.
Among the worst regions were also Dagestan (where they will have to save 22.8 years), Ingushetia (22.1 years), Sevastopol (21.9), and Crimea (19.4 years).
The rating was based on the price data for private housing and information from Rosstat on the amount of wages. Analysts assumed that the working citizen will save his salary for the purchase of housing, and his current expenses will be covered by the second family member. However, the second family member is often unemployed.
