A meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee was held in Moscow, dedicated to countering the spread of terrorist ideology, neo-Nazism, and religious extremism in the North Caucasus Federal District.

Despite the delay in mobilizing men with three or more minor children, the Kirov Court of Makhachkala denied this right to Rasul Nasuhov. The lawsuit was filed by his wife Soltanat Bibulatova.
Rasul Nasukhov worked as a teacher at the school of 2 Muzalaul village. In late September 2022, he was mobilized and sent to an army unit in Shali, Chechnya, to be sent to war with Ukraine. Then Chairman of the State Duma Volodin and the General Staff of the Russian Federation said that all men, who have three or more children under the age of 16 years, have the right to postpone mobilization.
However, the recruitment office, as well as the court refused to return the man home. They said that mobilization does not affect the interests of the spouse, and the documents of the Defense Ministry on the postponement have a neck "for official use".
