The Southern District Military Court sentenced the fourth residents of Tatarstan - Ilgam Gumerov, Ilgiz Mukhametgaliev, Khaidar Razzakov and Mukhamedvali Shaikhutdinov - to imprisonment for a term of 13 to 24 years. They were found guilty of attacking Pskov paratroopers during the second Russian-Chechen war.

Anti-Russian and pro-Russian demonstrations were held simultaneously in Yerevan. During the first, a group of people gathered with EU flags in front of the parliament building. Citizens also gathered there with posters emphasizing the centuries-old friendship between Armenia and the Russian Federation.
