President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan can meet in Washington in the second half of May, according to the preliminary agreement. The Armenian media is writing about it.

The State Duma of Russia approved amendments on new rules for conscription and delivery of summonses. Electronic summonses have been equated to paper ones, and for failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office, a ban will be imposed on leaving the country, opening an individual entrepreneur and registering property.

At least 25 ethnic Azerbaijanis died in the fighting in Ukraine, fighting on the side of the APU.

The authorities of Armenia released the Russian, previously detained at the request of the Russian Federation. At home, he is accused of desertion. The 23-year-old man was detained in Yerevan on April 7. It is unknown whether he is military or mobilized.
