Activist from Dagestan was not released from the country

On May 5, the Khimki Magistrate Court arrested 23-year-old resident of Derbent Ulker Gashimova, who tried to leave Russia to seek political asylum in the Netherlands, where her fiancé lives.
The girl was detained at Sheremetyevo airport before boarding a Serbian Airlines plane. She was sentenced to 12 days of administrative arrest for “disobedience to the demands of a serviceman in connection with the performance of his duties to protect the state border of Russia” (Article 18.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Later it became known that Gashimova was in a pre-trial detention center in Makhachkala and was accused of a criminal offense.
Ulker’s problems began because of her active anti-war position, which she did not hide, refusing to attend propaganda “talks about important things” at the Derbent music school and leaving risky comments on social networks. She was expelled from the school, and she also did not find understanding in her parents' house. Having met Anton Kolomitsyn on the Internet, she decided to go to him in the Netherlands. Anton is a former “black digger”, an amateur search engine, put on the wanted list in Russia in the case of illegal acquisition of topographic maps of the USSR General Staff of the 1970s. Fleeing criminal prosecution, Kolomitsyn fled the country and received refugee status in the Netherlands.
As stated in the ruling of the Khimki World Court in the case of Ulker Gashimova, in Sheremetyevo “during the border (passport) control, the need arose for an additional survey regarding the circumstances of crossing the state border of the Russian Federation.” An FSB officer invited Gashimova to go into the office premises to conduct an interview, but she refused.
“During the control and verification activities, it was revealed that Gashimova was a member of the WhatsApp and Signal messenger communities aimed at discrediting the Russian Federation and supporting the armed forces of Ukraine, uttering threats of physical violence against employees of the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation... At the court hearing she did not admit guilt in the charged offense , explained that she believes that her detention is connected with slander against her by those around her family, her future husband, to whom she was flying... The messenger chats indicated in the administrative material were solely for the purpose of being aware of the situation in the world "
After the expiration of the arrest period, Anton Kolomitsyn told the media that his fiancee never contacted him. He suggested that she remains under investigation in a criminal case. According to human rights activists, this is a standard action plan for security forces: to detain a person on a trumped-up case of an administrative offense and, while he is serving his arrest, to collect material for more serious charges.
On June 22, Kolomitsyn reported in his TG channel that Ulker Gashimova was in a pre-trial detention center in Makhachkala. “It is still unknown under what article the case was opened, but most likely it is “discrediting the RF Armed Forces.” Because she contacted me from my mother’s phone while under semi-official house arrest, they decided to truly isolate her.”
It was not possible to verify this information officially - the girl does not have the funds for a lawyer. She refused the services of a state-appointed defense attorney.
