Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.

The Armenian authorities released Russian Yaroslav Inozemtsev, previously detained at the request of the Russian Federation. At home, he was declared wanted and accused of preparing to shoot at the school. The young man himself said that he was being persecuted for an anti-war position.
Inozemtsev was supposed to spend three days under arrest in Yerevan and the court would consider his extradition to Russia. His mother appealed to human rights defenders for political asylum in Armenia, stating that he was at risk in Russia. Both are now free and safe.
This is not the first time that Armenia has not extradited persons wanted in Russia. In April, the authorities of the country released the Russian, previously detained at the request of the Russian Federation. At home, he is accused of desertion.
