Azerbaijan continues to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine

273 Ukrainian children underwent rehabilitation in Azerbaijan. Their parents died, went missing or were captured during the war with Russia. This was announced by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Baku, Yury Husev, at an event within the framework of the "People of the Future" project.

At the event jointly organized by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy in Baku, it was also noted that 29 children who lost their parents as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian war are currently undergoing rehabilitation in Azerbaijan.

"As everyone knows, Azerbaijan recognizes the territorial integrity of Ukraine and is always close to the Ukrainian people. We hope that the war will end soon, that Ukrainian and Azerbaijani children will hold even more joint events in the future," said the head of the Azerbaijan-Ukraine interparliamentary working group Alibala Magherramzadeh.
