Azerbaijan will continue to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine and support its territorial integrity

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Yalchin Rafiev took part in the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine, which took place in Rome. In his speech, he emphasized that Azerbaijan supports the diplomatic settlement of the conflict, as well as the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, from the first days of the "SVO".

According to Rafiyev, Azerbaijan is one of the first countries to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine, the total cost of which is estimated at 42 million dollars. He added that the total number of war-affected Ukrainian children who took part in the medical and social-psychological rehabilitation program in Azerbaijan reached 330.

Rafiev also noted that Azerbaijan is providing assistance to Ukraine in the area of demining, and in the near future appropriate spare parts will be provided and trainings will be organized. At the end, the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs promised that Baku will continue to provide humanitarian support to Kyiv.
