Case Kase Kika on "discrediting" the army dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations

The Circassian city court dismissed the case against Kase Kik, the chairman of the "Circassian Congress". Recall that earlier the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the KChR accused the man of "discrediting" the Russian army. However, law enforcement officers missed the three-month deadline for bringing to justice.

In September 2022, CPE employees found a video on YouTube titled “Circassians do not need to shed blood and die in this war.” In the video, Kik in the Circassian language calls on his people to resist the authorities and evade mobilization.

“Putin wants to send our youth to be slaughtered. This is not our war. We have nothing to do there. We Circassians must think about our national affairs. Having unfoundedly declared Ukraine fascists, they treacherously attack and fight... They want to send us, the Circassians, representatives of other peoples of Russia, men in the prime of life, to this war to certain death... The real fascists are in the Kremlin. They have no other problems and desires than stuffing their bellies and pockets,” the activist says.
