Authorities in four Russian regions—Volgograd, Rostov, Saratov, and Tula—reported drone attacks during the night of September 11. Monitoring channels also recorded drone impacts. Regional heads reported fatalities and injuries. Additionally, strikes were reported on facilities in Dagestan and Perm Krai.

Volgograd Region Governor Andrey Bocharov stated that a high-rise building in the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd was damaged and two people were injured.

"Debris also fell on the grounds of an industrial facility in southern Volgograd. Emergency services are on site, and cleanup operations are underway," he reported.

Rostov Region Governor Yury Slyusar announced that 90 drones had been shot down over the region. In the Millerovsky district, he said, falling drone debris damaged 10 private homes and outbuildings; there were no injuries.

Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channels reported explosions in Kaspiysk, Dagestan, overnight. According to Supernova+, drones attacked the port, which hosts Russian military facilities and ships of the Caspian Flotilla. There have been no official statements yet. The port in Makhachkala had also been attacked the previous day.

In Saratov, a logistics center and delivery hub belonging to the marketplace Ozon were hit by Ukrainian drones. Staff had been evacuated beforehand, and no one was injured. According to Astra, an oil refinery in the city is also on fire.

Two people were killed and three others injured in an attack on the Tula region. Governor Dmitry Milyaev stated that 26 drones were destroyed over the region during the night.
