Two residents of Dagestan were fined under the article on "discrediting" the Russian army
Courts in Buynaksk and Makhachkala imposed fines of 30,000 rubles on Magomed Saidbegov and Shamil Dzhabrailov for anti-war statements. The first one published comments in the "Tut Dagestan Chat" and "ZM" chat rooms criticizing the war in Ukraine. The second posted a video on the YouTube channel "Students of Sham" with the question "Should we rejoice in Ukraine's victories?"
Both, according to the courts, published words discrediting the Russian army.
