Dynamics of price growth for housing up to 32 square meters. m for 2024 in Grozny amounted to 55.4%. According to this indicator, the capital of Chechnya was among the leaders among cities with a population of over 300,000. человек, reported by the "World of Apartments" portal. On average, such an apartment in Grozny costs almost 2 million rubles.
 
Most noticeably, studios and small-sized cars traveled to Novokuznetsk (+65.7%), Astrakhan (+60.8%) and Orenburg (+57.1%). In addition, it is reported that small apartments have become 5% cheaper in Makhachkala, where they are also valued at 2 million rubles. At the same time, in Vladikavkaz, you will have to pay an average of more than 4 million rubles for such housing, and in Stavropol - 3.3 million.
 
 "The most active price growth was in the first half of 2024, when the non-addressable preferential mortgage program was in effect. The increase in demand was influenced by restrictions on the area of ​​small-sized apartments in new buildings, which were established in some regions," explained the general director of the portal, Pavel Lutsenko.
