Ingushetia, KChR and Chechnya entered the list of regions with the poorest population
According to Rosstat, 11% of the Russian population receive incomes below the subsistence level. The poorest regions are Ingushetia, Tyva, Kalmykia, Altai, the Jewish Autonomous Region, Karachay-Cherkessia, the Trans-Baikal Territory, Buryatia, Chechnya, and the Kurgan Region.
