Georgia and Azerbaijan are striving to simplify border crossings: the parties plan to introduce a single-window system at joint border crossings.

The desecration of monuments to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War is unacceptable, no matter where it happens. This is how official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova answered the question about the desecration of monuments in Nagorno-Karabakh by Azerbaijan.
“We regularly raise this topic in contacts with both sides. Don't think we'll miss anything. Our approach is well known,” Zakharova said.
The Foreign Ministry representative also recalled that Russia has always been committed to allied relations with Armenia. “But it’s a two-way street. There have never been any zigzags on our part, and ask official Yerevan for the rest,” Zakharova noted.
Recently, in Moscow, after a long break, a meeting was held between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The latter recalled that Russian border guards will be withdrawn from Yerevan Zvartnots airport. In addition, the Russian military will leave a number of regions of Armenia, where they have been since 2020, which was marked by the beginning of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh.
Pashinyan has criticized Moscow many times and spoken out in favor of closer relations with Europe and the United States. In addition, Armenia has actually ceased participation in the pro-Russian military-political bloc CSTO.
