Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

Crimean Tatar Ametkhan Abdulvapov, who was transferred a week ago to IK-2 in Angarsk, needs urgent medical care. He told his family that he suffered a stroke "on his feet" and that they did not even call a doctor to see him.
The man asked to send heart medication and a lawyer, which, according to his father Nejip, indicates a serious deterioration in his health. Previously, while in the Irkutsk pretrial detention center, Abdulvapov did not complain about his health.
Abdulvapov was detained in 2022 in Crimea on charges of terrorism. He was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison. The Crimean Tatar was accused of membership in the Islamic political party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which has been banned in Russia since 2003 and recognized as terrorist. The organization operates legally in Ukraine and most countries of the world.
According to the case materials, the defendant did not own a weapon, did not plan to commit a terrorist act, and did not call for it. However, Ametkhan Abdulvapov was charged under articles on participation in the activities of a terrorist organization and preparation for the violent seizure of power. The charges were based on the testimony of secret witnesses and an audio recording secretly made in 2015 during a meeting with other Muslims.
