Крымскотатарского филолога и журналиста снова посадили в ШИЗО

Гражданский журналист Сейран Салиев, приговоренный к 16 годам лишения свободы, был этапирован из исправительной колонии №4 в ИК-1 Тульской области. Перед переводом его поместили в штрафной изолятор (ШИЗО) ИК-4, а затем, уже в ИК-1, он продолжал отбывать наказание в условиях изолятора.

В новой колонии для Салиева возможно ужесточение режима содержания, включая переводы в барак со строгими условиями отбывания наказаний (СУОН), единое помещение камерного типа (ЕПКТ) или просто помещение камерного типа (ПКТ).
В 2025 году крымский татарин провел более четырех месяцев в ШИЗО, где, по словам его жены, ему был присвоен статус «злостного нарушителя установленного порядка» без специального уведомления со стороны администрации колонии. За этот период Салиев потерял 12 кг. До этого он уже отбывал не менее четырех месяцев в других строгих условиях содержания. У журналиста ухудшилось зрение и сильно испортились зубы.

Сейран Салиев, филолог-экскурсовод по образованию (турецкого и крымскотатарского языков), ранее работал педагогом и журналистом. В 2020 году ему был приговорен к 16 годам заключения по обвинению в причастности к деятельности исламской партии «Хизб ут-Тахрир», признанной в России террористической, несмотря на ее свободную деятельность в ряде стран Европы и мира.

The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs has initiated administrative proceedings against journalist Tornike Razmadze.
