Courier bags in Chechnya to be equipped with digital advertising screens

Courier bags featuring built-in digital screens—capable of displaying and remotely updating advertisements—are currently under development in Chechnya. The project is a collaboration between the M.D. Millionshchikov Grozny State Oil Technical University (GGNTU) and the "Novaya Era" (New Era) advertising agency.

The parties have already signed a cooperation memorandum. The GGNTU startup studio will handle the development of the technology and the project's business model, while the advertising agency will be responsible for marketing support, securing advertisers, and the pilot launch.

These bags are intended for use by delivery service personnel. Unlike traditional advertising media, the content on the digital screens can be changed remotely via a control system.

Mansur Arsanukaev, head of the GGNTU "Highpark," stated that the university itself initiated the project. According to him, the technology will enable the display of targeted advertisements based on the specific city district, thereby reaching a wider audience.
