A resident of Dagestan mobilized for war with Ukraine was tortured by his commanders

The company commander and two subordinates chained to a pole and beat with batons a resident of Dagestan mobilized in September 2022. This was told by his mother Raisat Zalimkhanovna, who filed a complaint with the representative office of Dagestan in Moscow, according to the Novoe Delo publication.

According to the woman, for several days, at the direction of the company commander, her son was handcuffed to a pole in the SVO zone in Ukraine. The pillar is located at the place where the arrivals of artillery shells were repeatedly recorded, as a result of which the life of the son was endangered. The commander does not respond to his complaints about feeling unwell, and does not provide medical assistance.

On June 19, the mobilized was taken to the hospital. He spent 10 days there, and the commander took him to the war, despite the fact that he did not recover. Raisat claims that the chief threatened him with torture and sending him to the front line.
