On the night of September 28, the Krasnodar Territory was among the regions targeted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channel Exilenova+, residents reported multiple explosions and a fire. The independent Russian outlet ASTRA determined that the fire was at the Pavlovskaya oil depot—owned by the Krasnodar-based company "Edelweiss-95"—located in the stanitsa of Novotitarovskaya. The facility deals in the wholesale trade of petroleum products.

"Its primary activity is the wholesale supply of diesel fuel (Euro-5) and gasoline (AI-92, AI-95, AI-100). It [the oil depot] also has its own railway spur for shipping and receiving fuel," ASTRA notes.

The "Edelweiss-95" website states that the company has been selling fuel for 30 years and sources its products directly from major Russian oil refineries.

Additionally, the monitoring group "Crimean Wind" (Krymsky Veter), citing satellite imagery, suggests that a railway traction substation in Novotitarovskaya is on fire.

According to the same channel, an oil depot in the stanitsa of Starostebliyevskaya was also hit; thermal signatures appear exactly at the center of the facility.

The Krasnodar Territory operational headquarters reported fires at three civilian infrastructure facilities in the Dinskoy, Pavlovsky, and Krasnoarmeysky districts caused by falling drone debris. There were no casualties. Following the events of the past night, the Russian Defense Ministry reported the downing of 254 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions, occupied Crimea, and the waters of the Black and Azov Seas.
