A chemical plant in Stavropol Krai was subjected to a massive drone attack again

On the night of July 25, Nevinnomyssk in Stavropol Krai was subjected to a massive drone attack. According to operational data, 37 UAVs were shot down. Governor Vladimir Vladimirov reported no casualties.

The target of the attack was the Azot chemical plant, which supplies nitric acid for the production of explosives (octogen and hexogen) to the Sverdlov plant in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This is the second attack on the enterprise in two months. In June, the plant suspended its operations.

Temporary restrictions on the operation of a number of airports in the North Caucasus were also reported. In Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Magas, Mineralnye Vody, Nalchik, Stavropol, and North Ossetia, temporary restrictions on the receipt and release of aircraft were introduced and then lifted.
