981 / 5 000 Pashinyan offered Azerbaijan to abandon mutual claims and threats
Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan published his proposals for achieving peace with Azerbaijan. Among other things, he indicated the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group (which includes Russia) and the conclusion of a peace treaty, which is currently 90% ready.

In addition, the Armenian leader suggested abandoning warlike rhetoric and mutual claims, including in international courts. And in conclusion - to introduce joint mechanisms for investigating violations of the ceasefire regime and arms control.

"The proposal of the Republic of Armenia to establish long-term stability and peace in the region is obvious: mutually refrain from escalating rhetoric, continue the delimitation process, sign a peace agreement," the Armenian Prime Minister wrote on social networks.

The day before, Armenia sent Azerbaijan proposals on two non-agreed points of the peace agreement, which it is ready to sign in case of a positive response.
