Pashinyan suggested that the President of Azerbaijan meet at the border of the countries

A meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev may take place at the Azerbaijani-Armenian border. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a press conference in Yerevan.

Pashinyan did not rule out a trilateral format of negotiations with the participation of Moscow, but noted that at this stage he considers bilateral contact with Baku to be correct. In addition, the Prime Minister of Armenia suggested that Azerbaijan sign all the agreed points of the peace treaty. He explained that the document contains a total of 17 articles, 13 of which have been fully agreed upon. Another 3 articles are close to being agreed upon. According to Pashinyan, Yerevan proposes to sign what has already been agreed upon, and then continue discussing the remaining issues.

The Armenian Prime Minister also said that he considers the freezing of participation in the pro-Russian CSTO bloc satisfactory at this stage and does not intend to make any other decisions.

Official Baku called Pashinyan's claims that the Constitution of Azerbaijan contains territorial claims against Armenia false. The main condition for signing a peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan remains the cessation of ongoing territorial claims against Azerbaijan, which are enshrined in the legal and political documents of Armenia.
