Pashinyan reported on Armenia's compliance with anti-Russian sanctions

Armenia complies with international sanctions against the Russian Federation so as not to harm relations with the countries that introduced them. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in an interview with France24.

“We do not have such a regime of relations - whether to join the sanctions or not. But, on the other hand, we take into account the existing sanctions not because we are under pressure, but because if we do not comply with them, it will affect our relations with the countries that have imposed sanctions,” Pashinyan said.

A little earlier, the Armenian leader said that his country’s participation in the pro-Russian CSTO bloc was frozen. He also noted that several months ago Russia “openly called on the Armenian population to overthrow the government in Yerevan.” According to him, “this propaganda from Moscow” against him continues unabated.
