Pashinyan declared the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan unacceptable

There will be no new war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, despite all the provocations. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the Yerevan Dialogue 2025 international forum.

"Despite all the disputes, all the provocations, and so on, there will be no war between Armenia and Azerbaijan. There will be peace, and this seems extremely obvious to me," the politician said.

He also noted that he would initiate changes to the Constitution if the Constitutional Court does not approve the peace agreement with Azerbaijan. Pashinyan stressed that "the peace process cannot be missed" and assured that he would "convince the Armenian society of the need for constitutional amendments."

In turn, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that the country seeks to normalize relations with its neighbors based on mutual recognition of sovereignty and territorial integrity.
