The first ruling in a similar case was issued on December 10 by a court in Kamensk-Uralsky, Sverdlovsk Oblast. Sergei Glukhikh was fined 3,000 rubles. Investigators believe he used Google to search for "Azov Brigade" on his phone while on the bus.
