Russian troops left the city of Svatovo

On September 12, Russian troops left the town of Svatovo in the Lugansk region.
The Russian authorities have postponed indefinitely the holding of referendums on the annexation of Ukrainian territories controlled by the Russian military to Russia.
In North Ossetia, they announced the formation of a “nominal volunteer detachment” to participate in the Northern Military District in Ukraine. At the same time, the military commissar of the republic reported that this year the number of draft dodgers has increased to 2.5 thousand people.
