Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

Valery Fadeyev, head of the Presidential Council for Human Rights, responded to the appeal of the Chechen Ombudsman Mansur Soltayev regarding the criminal case of 14-year-old Roman (Muslim) Murdiev. Soltayev said that the case would be sent to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
Initially, Fadeyev stated that the Council usually does not consider complaints against court decisions and investigations. However, "given the large public resonance," he decided to ask the Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov to take control of the investigation of Murdiev's case.
A native of Chechnya, Moscow resident Roman Murdiev is under house arrest. The reason for initiating a criminal case against him for hooliganism was a fight in which the teenager, according to lawyers, stood up for his friend against the aggressor.
Previously, Moscow law enforcement agencies refused to consider Murdiev's mother's requests and petitions more than 700 times. She asked for an "honest investigation" in a complaint addressed to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin. According to the woman, the investigation did not provide her with CCTV footage of her son. She also stated that he was threatened with a knife during the fight.
Recall that last year, during his live broadcast in Grozny, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov criticized the heads of the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Alexander Bastrykin and Vladimir Kolokoltsev, over the criminal case against Murdiev and demanded his release.
