Armenian Parliament Speaker Calls Russian Propagandist Simonyan a "Disgusting Creature"

Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan has sharply criticized Margarita Simonyan, calling her a "disgusting creature from a freak show" and accusing her of interfering in Armenia's domestic politics.

Simonyan said that despite her Armenian surname, Margarita Simonyan has nothing to do with Armenia. He accused her of systematic lies, insults to the Armenian leadership and calls for the overthrow of the government, describing her activities as participation in the "Olympics of lies and baseness."

According to the parliament speaker, Simonyan's actions are part of a hybrid war against Armenia, which is intensifying ahead of the elections. He expressed confidence that Simonyan's "mouth" will ultimately be "slammed shut." She was previously banned from entering Armenia.
