A court in Ingushetia has ordered the forfeiture of property worth over 80 million rubles belonging to relatives of the head of state's property manager. The prosecutor's office and the FSB claimed that the official purchased cars, housing, and land with unverified income.
The investigation revealed that the official's relatives had purchased six cars, three apartments, two houses, 11 plots of land, and two parking spaces in the Moscow region and Ingushetia.
Suspected corruption allegations against the head of state's property manager in Ingushetia emerged in September. The official's name was not disclosed, but the republic's government website states that Ruslan Tambiev has been the head of the property manager since 2020. He is a retired colonel, a former military man who began working in the republic after Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov was appointed head.
