A native of Chechnya is subjected to torture and humiliation in a Vladimir colony

Said-Akhmed Visangiriyev, a native of Chechnya, held in IK-6 in the Vladimir region, is subjected to cruel treatment and torture by the colony's management. This was reported by his brother Said-Magomed Visangiriyev. According to him, methods are used against Said-Akhmed that degrade his human dignity and lead to a deterioration in his health. In particular, he was held in a solitary confinement cell for a long time.

Said-Magomed Visangiriyev expressed concern that his brother is not receiving proper medical care, despite a high temperature that has persisted for a month. He appealed to the leadership of the Russian law enforcement agencies with a request to conduct an investigation and stop the cruel treatment.

Previously, Visangiriyev served a sentence for robbery in IK-3 in the Vladimir region. There, he was subjected to violent acts in the presence of security guards. He also witnessed the rough handling of a brochure on learning namaz.
